Islamic Cleric, Sheikh Gumi has cried out to accuse the United States of America President Donald Trump of planning to assassinate him for his alleged label of being a member of the terrorist gang—Boko Haram. He also claimed that Americans are terrorists.

Gumi has therefore stated that he is not a Boko Haram. Terrified, he stressed that “…these claims could get me killed”

The terrorist negotiator denied allegations linking him to Boko Haram, saying he was informed by a top Abuja official that his name is allegedly on a U.S. watchlist for airstr!ke elim!nation.

The cleric described the claim as a deadly falsehood and called on northern leaders and religious figures to intervene and clear his name before irreversible damage is done.

Gumi disclosed that useful information was passed to him secretly by security sources.

He disclosed this, while speaking with his muslim congregation in a trending video monitored on social media.

Gumi said he received an early-morning phone call from an unnamed source in Abuja who informed him that his name had come up during a national security meeting.

“They called me from Abuja and told me there was a security meeting. They said I have been marked, that I will be eliminated. And who are Boko Haram?” Gumi queried.

The defiant Gumi insisted that, the narrative surrounding terrorism, was wrong and that global powers were responsible for the emergence of insurgent groups.

“Even Americans said they came to fight terrorists, so who are the terrorists? They are the ones,” he said.
