Tinubu Appoints Mike Ohio-Ezomo Chairman, BODA

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Hon. Mike Ohio-Ezomo as Chairman, Benin- Owina Development Authority.

Hon. Mike Ohio-Ezomo, a former member of the state House of Assembly and Board of Internal revenue, Edo State was appointed along with five others Executive directors in a press statement by Bayo Onanuga,Special Adviser (Information & Strategy) to President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on December 18, 2024.

The President approved the reconstitution of the Executive Management of 12 River Basin Development Authorities under the Federal Ministry of Water Resources.

According to the statement, the President approved Hon. Mike Ohio Ezomo – Chairman (Edo), Femi Adekanbi – Managing Director (Ondo), Dr. Austin Nonyelim Izagbo – Executive Director Planning and Design (Delta), Hon. Johnson Oghuma – Executive Director, Agric Services (Edo), Adegboyega Bamisile – Executive Director Finance (Ekiti) and Bayode Akinduro – Executive Director Engineering (Ondo)

President Tinubu expects the appointees to use their wealth of experience to bolster the efficiency of the organisations, in line with the administration’s commitment to bettering the lives of citizens.
