Hackers Take Over Osun Governor’s Phone Number as Aide Calls for Caution

Hackers have hijacked one of the telephone numbers of Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State.
The Osun State Government, who sent out an ‘urgent alert’ to the public regarding the security breach, urged members of the public to ignore communications from the compromised number, 08033657555, which has been hacked.
Mallam Olawale Rasheed, Spokesperson to the Governor, said in a statement that the public should ignore any calls or messages originating from the compromised number. “Please disregard any solicitation from 08033657555.”
According to Rasheed: “Appropriate action is ongoing to remedy.
