The War Has Begun… Islamic IRGC Declares All Americans in Middle East ‘Legitimate Targets’

In a significant escalation following U.S. airstrikes on Iranian nuclear facilities, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) declared that all American personnel in the Middle East—civilian or military—are now considered “legitimate targets.”

According to Jerusalem Post, the announcement came after U.S. President Donald John Trump confirmed strikes on Iran’s Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan nuclear sites.

In a social media post, the IRGC wrote, “Now the war has begun for us,” signaling a shift toward open hostility.

A commentator on Iranian state TV reiterated the message, warning that Americans across the region could be targeted in retaliation. Initially, Iranian authorities denied the extent of the damage.

However, state media later confirmed evacuations at the affected nuclear sites.

An advisor to the Iranian parliament speaker told Tasnim News Agency that Fordow had been evacuated days earlier in anticipation of an attack, though part of the site was reportedly hit.

Despite Trump’s assertion that the attacks were a “spectacular military success,” the IRGC downplayed the damage and accused the U.S. of staging a “media show.”

However, satellite imagery released by Western intelligence showed smoke plumes and significant structural damage at the Fordow and Isfahan sites.

Trump praised the U.S. military and Israel Defense Forces (IDF) for the operation, asserting that “Iran’s nuclear enrichment capacity has been totally obliterated.”

He warned Tehran that continued defiance would lead to even more devastating strikes.

In a separate response, a senior Houthi official in Yemen, aligned with Iran, declared that retaliation against U.S. ships in the Red Sea was “only a matter of time.”

The developments mark a grave turning point in the Israel-Iran conflict, with Iran formally shifting its stance from defense to regional confrontation.
