Keyamo Sends Condolences to Delta State Govt. Over Death of Sunny Kotor

The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, SAN, CON, has commiserated with the Delta State Government and the family of Mr. Sunny Kotor following the passing of the Protocol Officer.

Mr. Kotor, who served as Senior Special Assistant on Protocol to the Delta State Government, died on Friday, March 20, 2026, after he reportedly slumped.

He was a familiar figure at government events across the State, where he was often called upon to serve as Master of Ceremonies. Those who worked with him remember him for his calm demeanour and the professionalism he brought to coordinating high-level functions.

Keyamo described Mr. Kotor as a dedicated public servant whose loss will be felt deeply by the State and all who crossed paths with him. He noted that the late protocol aide carried out his duties with a sense of decorum that added value to official engagements.

The Minister extends his prayers to the bereaved family, their loved ones, and the Delta State Government, asking for strength and comfort in the days ahead.
