INEC Approves Mark, Aregbesola, Osunbor, Others as Authentic ADC Nat’l Leaders

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has approved the executive of the African Democratic Party, ADC.
The electoral body confirmed the latest position on its official website and listed David Mark as the party’s National Chairman.
Others are the National Secretary, a position held by Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.
Mani, Ibrahim Ahmad is the National Treasurer of the party while Akibu Dalhatu serves as the
National Financial Secretary.
Prof Senator Prof. Oserheimen Aigberaodion Osunbor from Edo State is the National Legal Adviser of the coalition party—ADC.
A faction of the ADC had resisted the move to use the party as platform for the coalition against President Bola Tinubu, recently, insisting they were the original owners of the party.
Their action followwd the decision of the coalition of political leaders to use the ADC as its vehicle for the 2027 general elections,
While kicking they claimed that, David Mark, Aregbesola and others were not duly registered members of the party and had no right to lay claims to the party.
However, INEC have gone on to recognize the David Mark led faction of the party and has published pro-Mark executives as the authentic leaders of the party.
